No matter how much better these teams are, they still aren't as good as the rest of the ACC on a regular basis.


GT, Maryland, and Wake actually have the potential to beat us every year. They are usually very strong programs who have dissapeared. Thus, our record looks a lot better.

Over the last 5 years Im pretty sure Herb has a winning record against GT and Maryland and has beaten Wake Forest about half of the time. But I see where you are going with that.

Until we KNOW we can hire someone better, it has to be Herb. That's the way I look at it.
