And it wouldnt make any money cause it is so expensive to make the CG scenes. But that episode literally had about 5 min(if that) total of that CG scene, which means that to ruin it with more battles you would have your work cut out for you

One of my big beefs with Star Trek is that it always seems that when the fire on an enemy, it explodes, but when they get fired on, it just causes non-critical damage.

No, I dont want abunch of battles. Because then the production costs go up and future seasons become less possible.

the federation's galaxy class starship are not only huge in size, but the have the largest weapons and and shields ability as well

So I see that Season 2.5 is on sale Sept. 19th. It contains the last 10 episodes from Season 2.

Which means I'll have to buy two seperate DVD sets for a whole season? Weak!

Then again if you shop Ebay you can get Season 2.0 for under $30 and then get 2.5 when its on release sale.

Atleast thats my plan.

Do you know if you can rent the first two seasons from Blockbuster? I'd like to catch up, but it usually gets kind of pricey buying television series DVDs.

I have no idea. But the first season set comes with the miniseries, which is awesome.

And yeah, it really is more drama than fighting, though when there is fighting it's totally kickass.
