and his lack of development is both his fault and the coaches fault

I'm saying it was squandered because he rode the pine all those years with minimal minutes. Same thing for Scooter and Cliff Crawford.

A player cannot be expected to come into their own if they don't play.

And I would bet had Herb stayed around Cedric Simmons would have not seen much improvement.

but I put that mainly on Coach Harris.
