no, how do you prove that? it's obviously an opinion, but I listen to alot of sports talk radio, and NOBODY gets the big names that he does, or the diverse guests that he does. and THAT is a fact. he gets people that you NEVER hear on other sports talk shows. Rome has tons of respect in the sports world.

like I said before, how many times have you heard barry sanders on DP's show?

I used to listen to mike and mike, then kornheiser, then DP and almost everyone of those shows was exactly the same. at least rome has a different format

and all of you who talk about dead air, Rome usually has three interviews each show, along with all of his takes, plus calls, plus emails. I don't see what you're talking about

^^well DP's show, I dont even really listen to, but you can't deny that he's not the biggest name out there...

i mean hell I'd rather listen to Penner and Mac than the fucking Rome show...he's got a different format true...he also relies on a voice gimmick to make himself seem different from any other hosts

well for example he has people on like Barry Bonds, Terrell Owens, Tom Brady, etc...when TO had all his shit going on last year, DP had him on...throughout the Bonds shit, DP has had him on...etc

and again, i dont even really like patrick's show...but to deny that his is the biggest show
