a CBS or ABC investigational news show should do a special on AI voting. No way in hell approximately 33% of people tried to vote for each candidate.

Its kinda like how Michael Jackson is allegedly the father of little white kids with straight blonde hair and nobody in the media calls him out on it.

It's very possible that each could get 33% of the votes. For example, maybe there weren't many called votes for Katharine but many text voted. Maybe Elliott didn't get so many text votes, but got a lot of called votes.

Katharine really needs to tone her music down. I'm so unimpressed with her loud songs and will be disgusted if she continues. I like when she does stuff like that blues song, and Over the Rainbow was okay, but would have been better if she hadn't tried to camp it up.

when "think" was the best song she has done in the competition (to me) and that was one of the first weeks, there's something wrong with her.

I thought her rendition of "someone to watch over me" was fantastic. THat was probably her best performance. And I enjoyed it when her dress came unbuttoned and you could see her hoo-ha.

I liked Chris best, Taylor has amazing stage presence but Kat will win because they can do more with her. She is pretty and has a decent voice it worked for Jessica Simpson so it will work for her. You will know tonight based on the singles they sing. I think they do 2 original songs written by somebody on Simon Fuller's record label.

Katherine is all looks, don't think her personality is great and I personally am not a big fan of her voice.

Taylor has a pretty good voice, a good entertainer and has good personality, but I agree he will be a difficult sell because he doesn't really fit any certain genre.(reminds me of a Michael McDonald or Billy Joel type)

Chris would have been the easiest for them to market by far.

With that said, go Taylor.

I love how even though Chris finished 4th, he is still compared to the top 2 and Elliott isn't mentioned anywhere.

I remember this was dicussed earlier, and I knew I read 30 million somewhere.

I just saw a little bit of the E! story of American Idol and Simon Cowell.

Simon Fuller made the show over in the UK and Cowell was a judge, but Simon Cowell brought it over here and started the show here. Fuller threatened to sue Cowell, so he cut Fuller in on the American Idol scene giving him part-ownership.

But it's reported that Cowell makes 30 million a year from American Idol. So he has a lot of reason to push one contestant over another, because post-contest he has a lot to do with their career. I don't think Fuller has as much to do with American Idol as Cowell does.

luda, you've got it backwards,

cowell had a talent show a few years ago in britain, fuller decided to do the same thing in the US and wanted cowell to star.

fuller sued when cowell went back to britain to start a new talent show w/ sharon osbourne, so cowell cut him in. fuller was always the head of the american idol.
