Phish is VASTLY overrated by a small few (I'll hazard a guess and say this guy^, for starters) and somewhat underrated by the hating public at large.

overrated- eric clapton

underrated- the kinks


actually, i just think the kinks should be more popular, but that would kind of ruin them. they've already got a few songs in commercials, like "i'm not like everybody else", "picture book", and "you've really got me".

eric clapton has gotten way too much credit and praise considering his songwriting talent. he's great at guitar, but so what?

I agree. People that worship phish are morons, because they aren't that good. However, they are not a terrible band either.
