^^i do the ~$22/month deal where you get 2 games at once...pretty cool...with the quick return, or even without it, you could hypothetically get 2 games a week for 3 months...~24 games for ~$66 dollars...granted you couldnt play them for more than a few days like that, but the price difference of buying games is huge...plus you can buy them pre-played and not send them back for a discounted price if you want

i just beat overtime mode...brock is a friggin beast...but i figured out a cheap way to beat him...whenever you guys make it there, pm me if you need help.

The zombie march in the Overtime End Credits is pretty sweet

I love how they left it up for a sequel and the "And Yet...His Belly Is Still Not Full" (hence the Overtime mode and Megaman boots)

yeah apparently even though the town's poplulation is 53,000 and whatever and the achievement is for that many...that doesnt mean the whole town is zombies, you have to kill survivors, etc

it just means the zombies respawn

SPOILER though im not far in the game

so this game gets me riled up like no other when it comes to bosses. the fucking sniper guy kept raping me without letting me aim worth a shit. finally get that done then it says i didnt get the medicine quick even though i only went, killed mr shoping cart, and came back. sorry for being precise while killing him (not that it is hard with 100 million food items around). killed him with a bag of dog food

second time i sprinted through the mall to get there, slashed his ass up in about 30 seconds with clown chainsaw and got the fuck out. barely got back in time. guess i saved it at a bad point.

i gave up tryign to save some people. like the clown is hard as balls if you dont have the right equipment. i ended up having 3 pistols (which is worthless normally) so i decided to go back and fight him. ended up doing fine.

figured ill focus on not losing the regular game and do small side missions if i have a ton of time. ive gotten better about it, but i had to restart a ton at first between dying or getting too far out and running out of time for a certain mission.

^well for one thing, if you save anywhere, you can continue from there...the thing is if you die, you have to either load the game, or save your progress/status/level

its different than you might think though...like lets say you start at Level 1 which everybody does...by Level 1 I mean your characters abilities, ie health, attack power, item capacity, etc...as you play through the game you build up levels...so if you die and you are at level 5, you can either load a game, or save your progress...if you save your progress, when you start a new game, you will already be at level 5 with increased health capacity, etc

well thats true for any game. it is just worse cuz you really only have 1 save spot. i had lets say 1 hr to get over to a certain shop and get some medicine. a few guys were in my way so i stoppe for no more than a few minutes, killed them and saved (cuz it was hard). i then proceeded to the shop and killed another guy and then went back.

basically i took too long to kill the second guy, cuz i hadnt developed a decent enough strategy against him and/or had the wrong weapons. it only somewhat tells you that this has happened and it was another 5/10 before i was officially told, "you lose." i had to sprint else i would have had to start the entire game over.

just focus mainly on the main quest the first go round and it is fine. the game is fun, but weapons do little to no dmg and are hard to aim (after playing GRAW all week).

if you want it to be. after game 1 you can start over full powered up so you continue to unlock things.

you'd never have the ability to save everyone the first go-round. i tried a few times and it wasnt pretty.

the mega man buster is AWESOME...

i killed carlito in one shot and adam the clown in two...

here is the best weapon for those who don't have the buster (zombie genocide)

1. level up to earn enough stock slots and pick up the Engineering, Criminal Biography, and Entertainment books (they're spread out across the three bookstores).

2. either kill the prisoners and take the heavy machine gun from leisure park or stock up on uzis and kill adam the clown.

3. pick up his two small chainsaws (they do respawn if you only get one)

4. those 3 books will give the small chainsaws TRIPLE ENDURANCE and they last between 1000-2000 kills a piece. even when they blink they last forever.

Another useful tip

If you have a key weapon that is blinking and about to die, hand it to a survivor you are saving and then give them something else, pick it back up, and it's fully restored (minus ammo).

i killed adam with just pistols, it isnt bad if you can get him in an open area without any zombies. that said, its always funny running into a psychopath and trying but failing only to come back and whoop their ass. i beat fat colp's ass with a bat, but just couldnt get her down enough, went back with adam's chainsaw and tore her a new asshole.

if you go to the backside of where he starts off you can climb on a box then jump up to his level...if you are facing the middle ramp down to the food court the boxes are just to the left...then if you want you can even take a catwalk across to the other side where he moves to shoot from after he has lost some life

i used a pistol to kill sniper carlito too. i just made blacky mcwhiner do the work. he'd hit him, id run out for 2 seconds shoot him a few times, then hide. when he hit him again to stun him id do it again. unfortunately if you dont aim quick enough he rapes you, which is really gay.


on a seperate note i was laughing at isabella's driving ability, thinking what an example she was of women drivers everywhere

a tip for some people to level up easily:

start the game...skip the first bullshit...go into the mall and wait for old lady to do her dumb shit...go up the stairs to meet the first few people...go out on the roof...talk to the guy and get 5,000 PP from him joining...go to other side of roof, talk to woman, get her to join for another 5,000 PP...then when the two (husband and wife) meet each other, take a picture of them hugging for 10,000 PP...take them back to the security room for 20,000 PP...go down in the mall and die...repeat...if your level is really low this will help it get up nicely...once you get in the double-digits you can continue on throughout the game

it only gave me like 7k on that one. guess i had a bad angle or something. the game isnt that hard just playing through at normal levels, but at least it provides a bit of a challenge. i do enjoy reading XXX HAS DIED every 10 minutes cuz im cold blooded. i rode my motorcycle right by a person in distress at least 3x so far, suckers...
