that was certainly a tale of two halves with barca owning the first half and chelsea owning the second half, they deserved the win

Setanta probably had rights to one Barca-Chelsea game. I don't even know if it's on Setanta but that is my guess..

i suggest you turn on the arsenal/moskva game...game is pretty much being played in moskva's box...fabregas just missed a point blank shot with no goalie

in other news, the best player in the world (kaka) already has 2 goals 20 mins in

Interesting times for the 2 English teams that played today:

x-Celtic 9pts
Manchester United 9pts
Benfica 7pts
FC Copenhagen 4pts

Benfica @ Manchester United, final matchday
Celtic @ FC Copenhagen

Celtic qualifies for knockouts based on holding the head-to-head tiebreaker over Manchester United, and cannot drop to 3rd.

Arsenal 10pts
Porto 10pts
CSKA Moscow 8pts
Hamburg 0pts

Arsenal @ Porto, final matchday
CSKA Moscow @ Hamburg

The tiebreaker, incase CSKA Moscow win and Arsenal-Porto tie goes to Arsenal and Porto, based on superior goal difference for Arsenal (+1) and Porto (even) over CSKA Moscow (-1) in games played amongst the 3 teams. So if CSKA loses or ties, Arsenal and Porto are both in regardless. If Arsenal and Porto tie, they're both in regardless of CSKA's result. If CSKA win and the Arsenal-Porto match creates a winner, the loser of that game is out.

saha hardly "choked on the pk" - it was a really good save and I'm not sure why Ronaldo taking the pk would've helped much. any hardcore united fans, correct me, but it seems like saha pretty much takes all their pks to me

It's been an even split between Saha and Ronaldo this year, I think.

I think Ronaldo might've made it just because he's used to the boo-boys.

Great goal from Nakamura, though.....

well, saha was definitely not clutch when he needed to be....and he definitely choked when he thought he was offsides and stopped playing because he thought the flag would go up...thats justs dumb

ok i finally saw the clip of the PK...im ashamed i missed the game earlier but was driving home for thxgiving break...and Saha definitely did not choke, he drilled it knee height toward the corner of the goal, that was just a lucky guess for the goalie...no way does the goalie react and save that off the shot(which in my opinion, other than a miss, would be the only way Saha chokes on the pk)

haha i was skeptical of Saha for a while, but hes proven he can play at a top notch level with man u, this doesnt make me that mad, im not a big fan of PK's anyway, its not fair half the time to the person who commits the foul

**damn, that freekick by celtic was #1 on sportscenter's top plays, it was nice, just done to the wrong team dammit

i watched the bremen-chelsea game in an insanely crowded bar in bremen -- so exciting! (i guess it's basically pay-per-view here so everyone watches it at the bars, which sucks since it's the local team and the game was obviously sold out)

the barca game should be an intense one, a guy a work with is from barcelona and obviously everyone else loves the hometown team...
