im not an apple fan, nor do i dislike apple, but they did one awesome job on that iphone if you look through all the features. Assuming it all works as well as it would seem, it is going to set a new standard for phones

no expandable memory.
no exchange or office support.

i mean don't get me wrong, iphone looks like a birthday cake and a bag of chips, but why not include these things? it's like blackberry finally understands they need a camera, and they put one in, but apple doesn't want expandable memory or 3g support? and if they don't have exchange or office support, you can say bye to all the business users... so that leaves little rich yuppies to cough up 599 for a phone that plays music and takes pictures?

no expandable memory means smaller footprint. i imagine there will be some utility that allows you to sync to outlook. its probably not full os x, and is optimized for power consumption.

I bet very few people even use expandable memory anyway. Not to mention I don't know any other phone that comes stock with that amount of storage space. And the iPhone probably mounts as a USB Mass Storage like the other iPods. I wouldn't put it in there if I were designing it.

I don't know what 3G support is, but I have Cingular now, and that thing works with Cingular, so i'm happy.

i'm not so fucking addicted to the internet that I have to have it everywhere i go. i could tape a nano to the back of a razr and have something smaller than that fucking brick and use the $200 bucks saved for something better

by the way, who doesn't think cingular is going to ass-fuck you on data charges for using this thing?

It comes with headphones with a mic in it, so you don't HAVE to hold it to your head unless you want.

And how will you break your hand holding this to your head anyway? You'd have to have incredibly weak, crippled baby hands if this is a concern for you.
