Hey everybody. Name's Aaron, although most of you on here refer to me as "Flag Dude, Flaggot, etc..." I gave a bud of mine my old log-in name and password and he tried to answer a question, but a few people still ask, "Why does he wear a different shirt."

It's a different shirt because there are male/female uniforms. If there were other guys on the guard, they would also be wearing a similar shirt to mine. It's the same fabric as the upper half of the girl's shirts, but there's more material and the dye was a little different during production. There is the answer to your question.

Any other questions people were dying to know?

Yes, I'm gay. I'm extremely open about it and really don't care who knows.

As for why I'm in colorguard, it's pretty simple. It's a ton of fun, I love doing it, and I'm pretty good at it. I wanted to in High School, but our band director was adamant about no guys in flag squad, so I went through High School and my first few years at State playing my trumpet in the marching band instead.

Although, I do find it amusing that I've been in the group three years now and people are just noticing.
