i understand that. i'm never expected him to be a go to the hoop guy. 3s are layups for him anyway and its almost impossible to keep someone from getting a 3 off. he just isn't hitting them like he used to. i blame the foot.

It's probably a little of both. The foot is likely a factor but I still don't see him being anything more than a role player at best. 10-15 minutes a night. No NBA team is going to even try to run the offense through him since he is mostly one-dimensional and the NBA defenders are athletic enough to make every shot difficult..

thats a really dumb comment considering duke was better before he came. ewing and duhon were the last of duke's dynasty. Redick was the best scorer ever but he wasn't a great winner like the immortal duke guards were. and yes, nobody could take over the modern game the way he did. if you don't know what i;m talking about watch the texas game.

Okay for the people in here arguing that Redick doesn't have enough athleticism to thrive in the NBA,

i'll completely concede that he does have great range

however i think you might should realize that the reason he hit a lot of those college shots were because he was open from multiple screens...he cant get open on his own...being a great college player DOES NOT mean you will be a great NBA player...or even a decent NBA player

^ right, there is barely even any correlation between the two.

Look at guys like Gerald Wallace who were 5 ppg in college and then go on to be 16 ppg in teh NBA

How are they going to win when JJ's guy beats him every single possession?

ATTN: Beardawg61: Lock this shit now that it could be confused for JJ Hickson.

Between games 1 and 2 JJ went to The Shelter and battled Pappa Doc

Cheddar Darko cheered him on
