Man..I'm trying to use the bomb spider to clear the plant thats blocking the chest that has a heart piece in it..but its like fucking impossible..any hints?

I can't remember the exact place you are at, but if I remember correctly, there is another bomb spider closer to the plant. You have to clear another plant first and jump up to a second level or something.

^ yup, there is another one up above it. use the bomb you're at now to kill the plant that is closer, then jump accross and go up to the next platform. there's another bomb guy right there you can use.

If you are talking about the one in the Forest Temple, I defeated him by doing the "finishing" move on the eye when it is stunned.

Somebody hacked Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past for Super Nintendo into a whole new game.
You can find the IPS patch here: http://board.acmlm.org/thread.php?id=9904

You have to use LunarIPS (found here: http://fusoya.panicus.org/lips/index.html) to apply the IPS file to the Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past rom, don't ask me where to find it, use your friend google.

The hack is called "The Legend of Zelda: Parallel Worlds" and you need an emulator to run it, such as ZSNES (http://zsnes.com/) or Snes9x (http://snes9x.com/downloads.php)

Word of advice: This game is EXTREMELY FUCKING HARD, and you will most likely have to abuse savestates (a feature in most emulators). Once you get out of the Guard House and first dungeon, the hack is pretty damn fun, but like I said, hard as hell.

Another note: The creators of this hack do not speak english natively. They plan to release a version 2.0 of this hack which will fix grammatical errors and tweak the difficulty so it is more even throughout the game.

If you decide to try this game out, it might help to look at this thread http://board.acmlm.org/thread.php?id=9904 because it gives spoilers throughout as to how to get past certain parts.
