our boys are just out of energy at this point. cant really blame that on anything but the turnovers. low scoring but a really fast paced game. even gavin looked gassed on that fast break. i would say good effort but this is the first game this year where we looked totally lost. we need atsur so bad.

Everybody keeps saying it's going to be all better when Engin gets back but really he has a very persistent injury that is likely to keep coming back the rest of the season. And even if not, he likely will play limited minutes so as not to re-aggravate it. Also he hasn't practiced with the team for weeks and is likely to not be on his 'A' game even when he does get back. I would think about this season based on the players we have now and not get your hopes up too high yet.

ohmy is about the only logical person in this thread.

cincy pressed the entire game and wore down grant and fells which lead to the big runs at the end of each half.

no pg = turnovers. its quite simple and easy to see why we lost the last 2 games. We shot a great % and werent outrebounded too bad but lost.

We beat Michigan because they weren't able to prepare a gameplan against a team with no pg.

It's been said a couple times in this thread, but, if you've ever played basketball, you know that it's hard to win with no PG and a team that only plays six players. State hangs, and the players that do play are pretty good, but in the end, it's just too much for a young team with no bench to win alot of games, regardless if they have a PG or not
