Good show, I think it has a lot of potential to be really good. The backstory behind the Irish and Italians could get pretty deep and interesting.

yeah i really hope this show gets an equal shot. I mean look at Friday Night Lights. people thought it was horrible and now its the cinderella of the fall season. people just aren't used to NBC putting out this many quality shows but with Heroes, FNL, and now the Donnellys they have an armada or great drama. I really just hope Jimmy becomes less annoying or dies in the near future.

Does anyone else notice that Jimmy seems to constantly act like he's Robert Deniro? Or at least try to make that same type of face that Deniro is known for? It's really annoying after a while.

^That pretty much sums up every episode.

They want money, and fast, and they usually have to kill someone. Then they spend/waste the money, which sets up the premise of the next episode...they want money.

I mean, Jimmy got a wad of cash from his gambling operation, and instead of going back and paying the guy for the paint supplies and saving the rest, he gives it all to Sean cause Sean doesn't like living with his mother.

cbs is a ratings whore.

Its not about CBS Loyalists its just that if you have to keep up with these shows to have any idea of what is going on, but CSI has a clear beginning, middle, and ed with no real cliffhangers. So people can watch at their leisure.
