Andro may have been legal, but it is also completely ineffective. The fact that Androstenedione does absolutely nothing to increase testosterone or performance has been well documented in several medical journals. Andro was just a bullshit supplement sold by several scam artist companies in the fitness industry, and Mcgwire used it as an easy excuse for why his numbers had escalated.

also, HGH isn't a steroid.
