yeah the weather was kinda crappy... but one day when its nice and hot.. we'll take the water toys out and have a blast! Just the end of the semseter and I wanted to see Keith before he went out of the country and what not and so forth...

I'll be back from CO the 21st... so maybe in June or something we'll try this again and I'll try to be a little more organized... I wont have to worry about research/school/teaching

what are u talkin about? dan and u were talkin about meeting up at cookout at 5/5:15. we were at cookout till 6pm. we rolled at one point to get burgers' buns but i think that was only to food lion. hell i made it to cookout by 4pm, no one was there so i waited and ppl started showin up!

also if u didnt wnat to meet at cookout, that just complicates things. lake harris only has 2 picnic areas that that i saw perusing around and they are right next to each other, so in this case it wasnt hard. u shoulda just rolled there if you have to be seperate from the group.

also... im not sure but i think ur rather new to motorcycling? I have a whole hearty 3 years (woohoo) of group rides and VERY rarely does a group ride go smoothly. the more ppl u add the crazier it gets, commone sense..

1. ppl arrive late.
2. ppl dont have clocks on their bikes.
3. ppl cant answer their cell phones while on the bike so u think they are not comin etc when they in actuality are.

you need to learn to chill the hell out. so what if u have to wait a lil longer. im sorry but the world doesnt revolve around you, me or anyone else. we work around each other and get the group rides going. that stunt crap u went to didnt work out exactly as planned i dont hear u complainin' about that.

when i hear ppl gettin all angry on group rides I realize they forget the true reason why we do them. TO CHILL OUT. I go to work and deal with my manpon boss every day. I go on group rides to release stress and chill. so what if it doesnt go as planned? it eventually almost always works out in my experience.


im just tired of hearing ppl bitch about waiting around etc etc etc. if you need one of our phone numbers.. pm us and we'll more than likely send it to u. if we dont answer we dont hate u we are probably riding our bike! leave a message and at the next stop we'll get back to you.

motorcycle rides are hard to organize it's just a thing of life.

remember everyone is out to
-have fun
-make better friends
-ride their shit
-get food

we're not out to bitch about how some ride didnt workout according to plan. if you want something that has a set time every week go play bingo.

^^do u all know how to read? in the thread it's stated 8 or so times we were grilling out at harris lake. we said on the 2nd page we would wait at cookout till 5 or 5:15. we ended up waiting until 6.

there are only 2 picnic spots to go to at harris lake to grill out at that are official. it's not that hard fool just read and 'i wouldnt have to talk to ur lady like that'

toyotafj40s is just upset about my message to Squirt... it's between jillene and myself... so please stay out of it. There is a reason why I didn't post it publicly. We had a misunderstanding... I will apologize to Jillene for that. We waited a good long time for someone to post... I even asked where the place was early because I normally do not get off work until 5PM and I like being familiar with the areas I am expecting to ride because my 250 is usually pulling up the rear. As for riding experience, I may not ride in groups much, but I grew up riding motorcycles and have owned my current bike for almost 2 years. Lets let this die now, please. No additional TWW miscommunication drama is necessary.

Fuck, you guys... All I wanted to do is get a bunch of people together.. I didn't mean for shit to get out of hand. I am pretty tired from the past month... I just wanted to relax.. and I sure as hell didn't try to organize something to get it thrown back in my face especially after tbull shit I went through with school...
