what i said, was meant to be generalized, i know if you're underage anything over .00 is a dui

but if a kid gets into a car with .02 then they aren't likely to cause an accident, however if they get into a car with a .1 they are

so... all cars should come standard with that device, it would only be a minor inconvenience to those who don't drink and drive, and would save some lives by keeping those who do off the road

I have hung out with those two girls quite a few times and from my own personal experience there is no way Danielle blew under a .08....They always go balls to the wall when we go out.

Like I said that's just from my own experience.

I hope Em gets well soon though! I never like to see someone get hurt

How's this machine going to verify that it's the driver blowing into it? If someone's drunk, why not just have a passenger or someone else do it to get the car started?

A built-in breathalyzer would be about as useful as handgun registration requirements -- a pain in the ass for law-abiding people that provides absolutely -0- protection against the criminals it's trying to target...

at least if you have the breathalyzer in the car, you know there is someone sober in the car and i would hope they would volunteer to drive if the driver is drunk - the only time ive gotten into a car with someone who's drinking has been when i am very drunk myself and can't drive...
