^ No one is believing this "loss" of Mr McMahon. This has to be one of the worst storylines WWE has ever attempted. 6/19/2007 3:25:00 PM |

But that's the problem. Of course no one believes it, but it could've been a boon to the company to just get back to wrestling, and now we've got lameass murder mystery shit going on that won't even lead to a match (unless it's a fucking godawful mixed tag with Shane and Steph, which sadly doesn't seem that farfetched). 6/19/2007 3:51:58 PM |

I don't like where it's going so far: the new video packages of the explosion have close-up of Vince's sinister look as he climbs in the limo (is that a re-shoot?), and last night Stephanie looked around and put a HUGE pregnant pause in her speech after she said "My father is the most important person in my life...I mean, was." This angle could be worse than we ever imagined." |
I'm so glad I'm not the only one that caught that mishap at the end of Raw last night. That was funny that EVERYONE in Richmond booed after Stephanie's pity speech. Kill the angle...please, but I guess that's what Vince wants us to do, watch the programs. I bet he comes back at Vengeance, and another McMahon angle will continue on b/c the fans don't want to see an actual wrestling match anymore. 6/19/2007 4:00:28 PM |

To me this is the reason I liked WCW better than WWF.
We all know it's fake, but we're watching anyways because it's entertaining. It's not life or death. It's shit-talking, temper flaring, t&a, face pounding fun. We don't believe in the Ministry of Darkness performing crucifictions, and we don't believe Vince is actually dead. Stop insulting our intelligence.
At least that's how I always felt. 6/19/2007 4:33:06 PM |
