I guess if you were a fan of the show 24 and somebody made a thread saying the new season comes out on a certain date and channel you'd repeatedly ask where this person heard that the new season was coming out, even though you already knew it was indeed coming out on that date and channel...you'd just obsess over something completely meaningless like where the person heard about it
