Not to mention that stuff smells like pure lung cancer.

I think it came out looking good. If it didn't stand out enough before it definately will now.

It looks pretty good in person... the pictures don't really do it justice. plus its easy and cheap to touch up. Sure their are imperfections and runs, but the body wasn't perfect when I got it either and it already had a brush job on it. Its an army truck and not Lamborghini so I'm not worried about it.

Found the problem, it wasn't the timing. Turns out the vehicle has three fuel filters (mesh in tank, sediment bowl and bowl with paper filter) of which the paper filter was so dirty that it obstructed fuel flow. Probably hadn't been changed in 10 years (at least). I tossed that and now it runs great on gas, as well as propane.
