Half?

Call me retarded all you want, but you Xbox/FPS fans can only count bestsellers in months...not all time. I mean why would anyone buy Shadowrunner when Bioshock comes out.

Which is why none of these games ever get on the all time best sellers list. Of course, Bioshock will sell well for a month or two.

Compare that to Zelda or Metroid or Mario games that EVERYONE HAS TO HAVE.

Clearly, this concept is hard to grasp for you. I mean I would consider myself a 360 fanboy seeing that I play more on my xbox than on my wii, and that I have a not so bad gamerscore. But, that doesn't stop me from giving Nintendo credit where it's due. Heck, even Peter Moore came out and said they need to learn from Nintendo. You fanboys would rock so hard if you were the PR at Microsoft.

Even then, look who rocks the FPS genre:

FPS - GoldenEye 007 (N64 - 8 million),[37] Halo 2 (Xbox - 8 million)[9]

Half-Life? I'm pretty sure it and it's the sequel are the best selling FPS games of all time.

And I'm not calling you retarded. I don't even own a 360. I own a Wii and I prefer Nintendo games over Halo or Gears of War. But I'm also not naive enough to think that (most) people are buying the Wii for any reason other than to play Wii Sports.

any just because y'all are in your twenty's and think that the gaming industry revolves around you, you're wrong, i'd say that FPS's and twenty-something gamers are in the minority here, while they may make up a majority of xbox360/ps3 buyers, if you look at nintendo DS, PSP, nintendo wii sales i'd bet a majority of those buyers are kids and thus why the better selling games are games aimed at that audience.
