yes...ups and downs...miami and fla st will be back too...tOSU has had their mediocre seasons recently and look at oklahoma, when they went 8-4 everyone though they were down and they are looking uber dominant again

I still cant used to USC and Ohio State being really good... growing up they were afterthoughts (realize both had been really good, but they were slightly better than average to downright bad in the mid 80s to mid 90s )
