There would be if the Carolina playcalling wasn't so amazingly bad.

at least delhomme can lead them to 21+ a game with shitty playcalling, all carr can do is throw passes no one can catch 9/30/2007 5:26:13 PM |

If you think the fact that you're getting clowned on your home field is because of Carr and that Delhomme would be doing any better, you've lost your mind. 9/30/2007 5:29:58 PM |

Really. What is the justification for running in that situation? "Oh, they wouldn't expect it"???
Seriously, if you want to do something unexpected with a run play... stop charging straight up the middle.9/30/2007 5:32:03 PM |

One thing I don't understand. The Panthers seem to love throwing to TEs (presumably because they can actually catch), yet every time they run 3+ TEs, they always run the ball and it's obvious as hell.
Mix it up a bit, maybe? 9/30/2007 5:38:23 PM |

Considering they have ZERO points, I can almost guarantee they'd be doing better than that with a healthy Delhomme out there.
The defense blows ass, I won't deny that. The playcalling sucks cock, I won't deny that either. But the offense isn't clicking with Carr and they'd damn sure have more than ZERO points with Delhomme.9/30/2007 5:39:06 PM |
