- Georgia over Hawaii... but CLOSER than the experts think
- SC over Illinois in the most lopsided game of the bowl season (sorry Juice.. you won't carve up a healthy SC defense like you did the Bucks)
- Va Tech finally gets the ACC to 2-8 all time in the BCS in a 2 score game.. ironically the only ACC win to this point was a FSU win over VT.
- WVU over Oklahoma only because I like WVU and Pat White will be healthy and pissed.

Hawaii is going to score on Georgia.. I'm not impressed at all with Georgia's defense... they can get some points hung on them. I think this is actually the best matchup for Hawaii in the BCS...

I just don't think Hawaii will be able to stop Georgia at all...

Hawaii's coach called Tebow a system QB and I think everyone in that ESPN room was pretty shocked. And Hawaii plays Florida next year in an opener so that should be good for a little added heat.

Georgia has never faced a system like Hawaii's. Troy, a team Georgia played earlier this year, uses a similar system as Hawaii and they came within 10 points.

But Hawaii has the best 5 WR corp in the country and a much better QB than Troy and their system is totally wide open, Brennan has a quick release and Hawaii will keep it interesting.


and for the Hawaii haters, their team runs on a 2.2 million football budget, Washington, the team they just beat has a 18 million football budget and Ohio State got a 21 million budget. That is one of the lowest in D-1 football and their facilities quality are ranked lower than some of the D-II teams. Making it to a BCS bowl will give them 4.2 million; a huge amount of money. Imagine if your favorite team has to operate on a 50k recuriting budget, share the pratice field with a high school, play in a rust-out stadium, and is 2700 miles away from your nearest away game.

Also, their annual recuriting class ranks in the bottom 10 pretty much every year and no HS all-american plays on the current team and of course no 5-stars recurits either.
