and yes i probably am an asshole. but i didn't know he had given him toilet water til days later. i actually stopped people from messing with him several times.

Lol. The first time I encountered that guy he walked up to me and started telling me he liked my coat and he wished he had one like it. Then he gave me that "you aint afraid of black people are ya"
line. I stared him straight in the eyes and said "I'm not afraid of anyone." He just turned and walked away.

Seriously though, fuck that guy. It is a little bit of an intimidation tactic. I'd be somewhat pissed if I found out he said something like that to my mom or my girlfriend. It's just not cool.

I always wondered what was up with him and if he really was homeless.

I really liked Marcus. I bought him Brueggers on Hillborough a lot.

I tried to give trash can lady a snickers before I knew she has one tooth in the front. I felt so bad.

I have talked with Joseph a few times before and he used to call me Sharon Stone. Then one time I tried to say hello to him and he got violent because he did not remember the other times that we had talked. I was def scared! Joseph has glossy sticky looking eyes. I think he drinks too much alcohol and does too much crack.

There was one bald skinny guy that would beg where the gelato place was/is. He would actually say that he was a recovering crack head.

I talked with the violin guy for a while one time and I cannot for the life of me remember his name. I think he has a doctorate or something like that from Duke.

I love talking to people so I talk to the bums but they def can be scary sometimes!!

Nah, he lives somewhere off Gorman or Avent Ferry and works on Hillsboro St. He is really badly crippled, so I think he just stops at some of the intersections to take a rest and scream at the world. He didn't do the yelling bit when I first started seeing him around 1998.

I think he used to live in those apartments right before you get to Lake Johnson, but I'm not sure about now. I remember seeing him going up the hill near Gorman St. one time and when I came back through over an hour later he had only made it to Athens Dr. I tried to offer him a ride because I had a bike rack on my truck, but he couldn't understand anything I said and vice versa. He was way more tame back in those days.

anyone remember the black guy on hillsborough street that would walk around laughing. He seemed cracked out. havent seen him in a while.


also, one time my friend I went out on a stroll on hillsborough and met up with a crackhead named randy. we told him we had gotten kicked out of our apt because we didnt pay the rent. he believed us and after a while of trading life stories he confided in us and asked us if we wanted to smoke crack. he said we only needed a dollar. after we told him we only did heroine and didnt mess with crack he became skeptical and asked us for a dollar and seemed hurry to leave.


oh.. and by the way. The place where to buy crack is around that IHOP on hillsborough st.
