Someone reported Albert Pujols' name was in the report over on PP earlier today. I know I know the list isn't all inclusive but Pujols is and always has been too fat to have done roids. Roids beef up your arms and chest, not your gut haha.

No, all he's saying is that this list is not comprehensive, which is accurate. If you didn't make the list, you either a) didn't use or b) didn't get caught. It isn't as if he is targeting any one player with that comment. I expect the majority of users in MLB did NOT make this list.
