Just a little note to khcadwal:

Some of us enjoyed our time IN class as well as outside it in college. I for one made a lot of friends from my courses and was just as social in class as outside. Could it be awkward? Sure it COULD. It could be just as awkward if some douchebag went to every extracurricular event you were in just to be around you.

I'd say get off your damn high horse and realize that there isn't some stringent list of acceptable ways to socialize or meet people. Hell I met a girl I dated for years and is still one of my best friends because we both were taking an art class to get away from our engineering degrees.

Ummm Nelson is full of dumbasses... I use to try to study in there and all I heard was what so and so did at the party and who she hooked up with.... I honestly don't think BUsiness and Communications is really a major... its just a place for dumbasses to go cause they can't get into engineering, a science major, or anyother major that takes more than a brain cell and a pencil to graduate

take a class over at the college of textiles...the most amount of guys I had in a class might have been about 20, but the smaller ones with about 15-30 people were filled with girls...you may have a slight issue that they may think you are gay

I've considered going back to school, but never just to meet women. If I really wanted to meet a chick I'd suggest pych or sociology classes. I majored in English, and it was female heavy, but a lot of them were angry, angry girls.

I'm considering possibly taking some foreign language classes at some point though. From what limited experience I've had with those you tend to get a lot of ladies in there.

Ehhh, they aren't getting hired and fired by NCSU business majors for the most part. Hell, at most large companies employing engineers at least 2 or 3 layers above your entry level engineers are... more engineers who are functioning in a management role.
