Still I am finding avg. fried chicken breast is any where from 300-500 from fast food chains ect.

1 oz of pecans = 200 calories and 20 grams of fat (1/3 of daily recommended fat intake). Plus, they have to make it stick, so throw in an egg or HF corn syrup, flour, etc and all the oil that gets inside the breast/coating/etc. 7/17/2008 1:33:09 PM |
