I think it would actually be rather interesting to see what a court would say in a situation where a user was suspended where others have committed equal offenses that weren't suspended.

What can I saw, I'm a frugal guy. If I can spend that $5 bucks on a latte and get my old name back versus having to register a new one, I'd rather go that route. It was worth a shot. It also gave me a slightly warm feeling inside to know that you guys still hold your grudges like the maturity challenged guys you are.
