"No Nick is the reason I'm pissed. I have a Dora crazed toddler in my house and it would be nice to DVR episodes for those times when mom and dad need some quiet in the house.

And it's not so much the content of the other channels as the inconsistency. Dish has the best priced HD offerings out there but their customer service and and service in general is so inconsistent at times. I kinda want to try out UVerse too so I was looking for chances to call them up and complain so I could either get better pricing or ammo to cancel.

I am glad that they added Comedy Central to the Bronze lineup, that was one channel I definitely missed before."

I feel your pain. So far every one of my bills has been incorrect. When I call and talk to them, they are more than happy to admit it's wrong correct it. I call them so much I put their customer support number on my speed dial. I have 7 calls to them in my call history.

But... given the alternatives (DirecTV, TWC), I'll put up with it.

Nevermind, i see you are talking about the SlingGuide.

The 922 will actually let you watch shows remotely as well.

I've never had a problem with TWC's customer service.

But their prices are the worst... i'd switch to satellite if I could.

^^^^ It's a live feed from a camera mounted on a satellite. I'm pretty sure the camera is stationary, so the view is always pretty much the same. All you get is glare except during the midday when the sun is behind the camera.

Speed, FX, Logo, FTV, and MAVTV in HD all added today. Not officially announced so no idea what packages they will be in. Not sure what the last two are, but there are hot black girls in lingerie on FTV, for what thats worth .

^^ I think they advertised exactly what it was in a way that makes it seem like more than it is.

^^I'm curious to see which packages will include the new channels. They're still red for me with the TurboHD Silver package.

Speed, FX, Logo, and FTV don't even show up in the complete channel listing for me. MAVTV does but it's red (uavailable).

Man, if they add FX and Speed to the Bronze package, I'll call and order that shit tomorrow. Those are the last two channels that I even remotely care about having.

FX and Speed won't be on Turbo HD at all.

The other two are gonna be added to Platinum.

Fuck that noise.
