Attacking != Smearing

Saying "I will be a better President than Hillary" is not smearing. Saying "Her fiscal policies are out of wack" is not smearing.

[I don't actually know whether he smeared her or not, but am just pointing out that attacking doesn't necessarily mean smearing.]
