there is fried mac and cheese... I just tried it. It's like little scoops of mac and cheese kind of pressed into a cube and then deep fried and served with some kind of hot sauce. Pretty small portion for $5 but it was pretty good. I had it from a little stand that also had fried banana pudding bites and some other stuff. There was another vendor that had fried mac and cheese a little further down on the same row.
