simply put: BobbyDigital claims that this development is NOT the reason he's switching banks, but that he doesn't agree with their business practices...which have been suspect for YEARS...common sense on his part would have revealed this to him had he bothered to look and if he REALLY disagreed with their business practices, he would have been out years ago

and yet, you've failed to tell me why it took you so long to get away from the big bad bank you're so against...you either knew before now and chose not to leave for whatever reason (which i'm asking you) or you just now noticed and you're being a pussy...which is it?

oh, good point...but since you don't actually refute anything i say with explanations, i guess his words and yours carry about the same element of truth as mine...they're all just words that don't mean jack

still, though, try not to be ashamed because you don't pay attention to what's happening in the world...you are, by far, in the majority there

I agree with that BBT article, and I have as of yet to believe that the bailout will actually protect the economy more (over the longer term) than if we were to let the market correct itself.

I don't owe you an explanation, especially when you make shit up, attribute that to me, and then argue against it.

You could have, I don't know, asked "What bad business practices are you talking about?"

and then I would have responded with

"I'm actually referring to Citigroup. I had a horrible experience with a credit card that I had with them 10 years ago, which is now part of a class action suit. As a result, I won't do business with Citigroup anymore. Since the citigroup/wachovia thing became official today, now I want to get the hell away from that fucking company."
