hooksaw, your justification for coming into this thread was that you should be able to offer your opinion on the movie, and why you didn't want to see it. You've made that abundantly clear, and at this point you're simply trying to derail the thread by mocking the names of other users (name + rediculous = name-ulous) and spouting shit about Bill Maher.

Yes, Maher is a douche, many of us have agreed. You've gotten that point across, but this thread is titled "Religulous" with Bill Maher. It's about the MOVIE, not the man. Unless you see the movie yourself and start discussing it directly, I request that you stop attempting to derail this thread with repetition of irrelevant points (so, Maher won't debate D'Souza? That must have had a pretty bad effect on the movie, being, you know, completely related). If you want to debate ideologies and the like, make a Bill Maher thread on Soapbox.

Between the attacks on users and the irrelevant discussion, what you are doing defines trolling. Either offer something NEW and RELEVANT TO THE MOVIE, or piss off. Continued violations will cause me to PM spookyjon.

Now, D'Souza might beat Maher, but he sure as hell did nothing of the kind to Hitchens. The only thing Hitchens did wrong was that he was far too soft and defensive. If you consider making more illogical and silly arguments while your opponent ignores them winning, then I guess you could say D'Souza won.
