like most other things you kids bicker about on here in a political scope, I'm sure there's a lot of gray in this issue. Let's try not to jump to too many conclusions. Also, for the record, I AM for instilling a sense of duty in regards to community service, especially in teenagers. I am, however, very interested in how he goes about funding this, for sure.
