People (Arabs, Brits, Europeans, Americans, South Asians) just tell me all the time that I have a 'Murrcan accent. Weird thing is that everyone else in my family (siblings, parents) have a an Asian/Indian accent when they speak English, but I was born with a 'Murrcan accent

i have adopted the italian pronunciation for a few words, thanks to living with a person from italy. people call me out on it all the time
