Lately I've been trying to get to Hitler using just links to dates and years. It makes it a bit harder.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Vancohttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/October_13http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1944http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adolf_HitlerI'm sure there's a way to do it without using a WWII-era year, too, but I don't feel like finding it and it could very well take more than 6 moves.[Edited on February 14, 2009 at 4:38 PM. yeah, thats why i feel like just those specific 2 things, "germany" and "wwII" are too easy to be the distinction between easy and hardstuff like nazismnazi germanythird reichluftwaffewehrmachtits the easy way around, cause they're kinda ww2 germany specific. so if you can find those, it actually skips steps and makes it easier than germany or ww2but then again, linking a random topic to wehrmacht is a lot harder than an easy word like germany, so who knowseither way, i'm redoing mine later and trying not to use any war type articles

^^Last page I added "Nazi Germany" and "Nazism" to hard mode restrictions as well...I'd add Third Reich, but there aren't really as many things that link to it. Same for Luftwaffe and Wermacht. It's actually pretty easy to get to Hitler from ANY county's main page, if said page links to either Roman Catholicism/Roman Catholic Church or Judaism/Jewish/Jews.[Edited on February 14, 2009 at 4:44 PM. 2/14/2009 4:44:33 PM
^^^^^^I feel like that's a lot easier...almost every page has a date involved and from any date you can find a relevant year.[Edited on February 14, 2009 at 4:44 PM. Reason : -]
2/14/2009 4:44:35 PM
^Yeah, the harder way would be to avoid using years from the 1940s and instead get to Hitler directly by using a date (like June 6). An even bigger challenge is to not use the same date twice (like June 6).
