I got my invite from Google not from another person. I then received 7 or 8 invites to pass out. My question is for anyone that has gotten an invite from someone else able to pass out invites yet?

No. Ribs' invite has not yielded any of my own to pass out. My coworker however, filled out the signup form and also received a handful.

This shit sucks. I wouldn't bother clamoring for an invite. Come back in a year when it does something useful

and threaded chat is dumb and not really practical. It's for OCD nerds, not normal people who just want to chat and don't cry like little girls when they have to intuit the meaning of a statement from context.

seems like it'd be useful for anything you'd do in a group. People are apparently playing dungeons and dragons with it pretty successfully, might be good at work.

Also, I think he says "what it do". I've actually heard people say it before edit: maybe "what a do", both are in urban dictionary.

it's slow, heavy, confusing even after using it for a while, and buggy (my cubemate and I were trying it out and ran into several problems with various widgets syncing and showing up in real time).

and until it can integrate fully with gmail, no way I'm going to log into both gmail and googlewave daily.
