If they were serious, they'd board a ship, kill and disembowel the crew, set it for the nearest port, set charges to scuttle the ship, and sink it in whatever harbor they got to. Then we could just put a Harpoon in the side of their ship from 100 miles away and be done with it. Also, watch their ship fight like a whale trying to stay alive once harpooned, that would be ironic.
