Just FYI about him crashing the last car and not reporting it. This is what the law says about a reportable crash:

(33b) Reportable Crash. – A crash involving a motor vehicle that results in one or more of the following:

a. Death or injury of a human being.

b. Total property damage of one thousand dollars ($1,000) or more, or property damage of any amount to a vehicle seized pursuant to G.S. 20-28.3.

And we all know that was over $1k of damage. Now he's driving on someone else's insurance, and has admitted to all of this in writing.

that is well over $1000 worth, you posted the evidence, and for not reporting that, you can be charged with hit and run if there is even a scratch on the curb, you will get a reckless driving ticket, and possibly a reckless endangerment depending on where sidewalks are, etc.

Higher priorities than preventing murder? I think not. Because that's what DNL will eventually do with his car. Only because he did it with a car instead of a gun it'll only be called vehicular manslaughter and be a small slap on the wrist.

If I had my way, first drunk driving ticket would get your license removed for 6 months, second would land you in jail for several years to force the mofos to sober up. Same exact punishment for hit and run, because most of those are drunks.
