I don't know why, but I can't stand hearing the word "evidently"

especially when a woman says it with a southern drawl.

substituting the word "space" for "room" is like nails on a chalkboard

ie.
-Oh this my favorite space in the house.
-I really like the way the paint and furniture ties everything in this space together"
