i think you missed my point.

i'm not telling him not to pay for a charter and enjoy the fish he takes home. i'm just saying that i don't consider the customers on a charter of that nature to be the ones responsible for the "catching" of the fish.

On another note, unless you make the fishing pole and hook etc. it doesn't count because some one else made these. To truly fish you must make your own boat and fishing pole and use live bait you caught yourself

by the way... we still baited our own lines, threw it out, got it on, reeled it in, and gaffed. sure the deck hand helped out too, when we would have 3 or 4 on at the same time and not enough hands to do everything/speed things up since we were in schools.
