I believe the "move the chains, move the chains woof woof woof" chant started in the Rivers era? I could be wrong, but I remember going to games and hearing it. As for the alum (Vaughn Towers) side they were pretty pumped up. I was sitting in section 22 and almost everyone was standing the entire 2nd half. I'm used to standing for the entire game, and was expecting to get an ear full, but a majority of the old people were standing.

i'm surprised no one is bitching about the band playing right up until the snap, when WE had the ball, i believe we had a false start or some other penalty, at the least took a TO at that time in the 4th quarter.

I feel like that had a much greater effect than doing the wave, which i wouldnt mind if it could get started in time, the problem is that the people who want to start it try at the right time, (beginning of a tv timeout for instance) but it takes so long to get going that when it is full force the game has begun again.
