I haven't had any issues with the mighty mouses scroll wheel getting dirty but it does get an awful lot of dust and gunk on the base of the mouse.

Think there's any truth to the rumor of an iMac redesign before Christmas?

It would fit roughly with the average timeframe between updates, and there was that leaked memo at Apple about a "late 2011" release. It just seems odd to not hear any speculation about it if it's legitimately potentially on the horizon.

I thought their policy was to do redigns shortly after school starts and after Christmas so the holiday and back-to-shoppers clear out inventory.

I'm eyeing that 13" MBP, but I have a feeling they're going to get a major redesign in the next 6-8 months. I like the current design, but kinda wish the current model had USB 3.0.

If I were patient, I would wait it out. But I'm not, so....
