Accountability for the mods would be a start. Mostly I still think it'd be a good idea for a mod to have to post a thread in FF, locked, that states X user is suspended, and give a reason.

I'm not looking to start a crusade or anything with my idea... i just think that it'd cut down a lot on the threads where people complain and do the "free X" person stuff. state the reasons and timeframe up-front, and people won't have anything to complain about.
