Well Jeaneret has called games for the sabres for 40 years now, and he doesn't cock-chug his home team any more or less then any other local sports announcer. His play-calling is iconic. There's few teams (hockey especially) who have a sports broadcaster so intertwined with the city's history as Jeaneret and the Sabres.

Doc Emrick calls the Devils games and has no bias or anything towards the Sabres, so quit trolling and come up with a better list.

And my apologies to John Forslund, I must have had Peter Forsberg on the brain when I was typing out Forslund's name before.

Edzo is a color guy, Doc is PxP. Speaking of Edzo, one of my favorite broadcaster duos was him and Mike Lange doing Pittsburgh games on tv. He's great now with Pat Foley in Chicago too.

I don't know why anyone likes Rick Jeanneret. His voice is so fucking annoying and his most famous call was him just yelling "MAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY DAAAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!" over and over again.
