Current edition of Bracketology has the Wolfpack Women as a 9 seed against TCU/Mountain West Con. winner in the region with UCONN. Of course we need to continue winning. With victories over Wake and GT, State would be the 4 seed in the ACC Tourney next week in Greensboro.

Senior Day is today at 2pm. Wolfpack Women take on Georgia Tech for the final regular season game. Depending on the outcome of our game and others, the women's seed for the ACC Tourney could range from 5 to 9.

A coworker who is a diehard Tennessee women's fan has said that Pat Summitt is giving her a lot of support, and helped her to get the job here. Pat is known for supporting her previous players (Harper had a great career with them, I think she was a multiple year All-American or something), and Summitt is also going to help with recruiting and things in the sense of saying good things to players about Harper, at least the players that she is not also recruiting.

My coworker mentioned that the Kentucky women's coach (don't know if it is current or former) was in the same boat and Pat helped her out.

Just got back from Greensboro. Ugly game, but GREAT win. This should put us in the NCAA Tourney, but a win over UVA would remove any doubt. The women play UVA tomorrow at 8pm and only tv is through ACC Select. They must use the feed from the "jumbotron" at the Greensboro Coliseum since I was on it and a couple of posters on PackPride said something about it.

Just got back from Greensboro. GREAT WIN by the PACK. It was big to get Wright in foul trouble, but she still scored more than half of UVA's points. I have to be at the baseball game tomorrow, but if they beat BC, I will be headed back to Greensboro on Sunday. GO PACK!!!!!
