he actually was suspended when you posted.

and he had already been suspended once, asked to be allowed to return, was given specific guidelines to be allowed to return, failed to meet them, and will not be back. simple as that.

if you want to help identify troublemakers, that's great. but being a dick about it isn't gonna help

I'm only a dick because this is at least the 50th guy who's pulled this same tired alias stunt. Every time, I'm like, hey, maybe you guys should suspend this guy, he's obviously an alias and is just making TWW shitty. And every time you guys are like, hey chill Ernie, just ignore him and he'll go away. And I do ignore the weak sauce alias, but dozens of others don't because they aren't as smart as me. And after a couple weeks a mod finally cans the guy. All I'm saying is stop giving the obvious aliases so much free time -- everyone knows it's an alias, everyone knows how it's going to end.

actually, from what i have seen on the sessions list, the user in question wasnt a blatant alias by the data.

and, like ken said....he was given some rules and guidelines to obey; he didnt and was canned pretty quickly in the scope of things.
