In which case, I hope she's okay, and would wonder if the concussion has anything to do with the fact that she hit a house in the first place

I mean, I dunno about you, but for the most part, people don't routinely drive around hitting houses - those that do, and AREN'T impaired, tend to have previously unknown medical issues that caused them to lose control of their car. And their names do end up on WRAL and such sometimes. THE HORROR. Their life is over.

I'd be happy to find out no crime was committed: it means, more than likely, that someone is getting medical help they need, or at least have an awareness of the fact that there's an issue.

And their name being posted? Okay. It happened. Sucks. Kinda like someone's residence moving 8" while occupied without any kind of warning
