awwww. it was very sad.

I'm calling it ... no way Blair marries the prince. PS ... is she pregnant with Chuck's child? Also, what was the deal with the whole Charlie thing? She was an actress paid to pretend to be Serena's crazy cousin, but why? Who was the lady who paid her? (Sorry I'm new to the show so I don't know everything that's going on)

and the lady paying charlie ( or the fake charlie) is apparently lilly's sister aka serena's aunt.

I think Serena's aunt paid somebody to pretend to be Charlie b/c the real Charlie is really mentally ill (like more mentally ill than the fake Charlie was) and is in a psychiatric ward somewhere. But Serena's aunt needed $$$ and realized that her daughter had a trust fund. But with the real Charlie off in some hospital, there was no way Cece would have given her her trust fund.

So since none of Serena's family (Lily, Serena, Cece etc) had seen Charlie since Serena and her were little girls, Serena's aunt paid an actor to pretend to be Charlie in order to get Charlie's trust fund.

Season premiere was good

I like the new working Serena.

Whats up w/ elizabeth hurley's character? Sounds like she has her eyes on Nate for more reasons than just sex

eh GG is kind of boring me these days

I really think this will be one of the last (if not the last) season. They seem to be running out of storylines.

I could have called all these storylines before the season even started. I knew that letter about the paternity of Blair's baby would come back. I knew Diana would use Ivy to get Blair's phone.

She told Dan she had been having sex with the Prince all summer so it had to be his---this was when he was talking her into getting a paternity test.

So I jumped on the GG bandwagon about 2 months ago and watched it from the beginning (thank you Netflix). It's a fun show to watch - definitely ready to see them get rid of Charlie/Ivy but I kind of hope they do by bringing Georgina Sparks in - she was funny at the end of season 4.

Yeah, I can't stand Charlie/Ivy. She needs to go. Sounded like she was on the way out in the mid season finale by the comments she made to Rufus at the hospital

I think they will probably say Georgina hacked her password when she went away or something equally stupid. If she's been Gossip Girl all along and that's how they revealed it, all casual like that, it would be pretty meaningless.

Yeah, if thats how they reveal who GG is then that's pretty lame

I wanted a traditional UES takedown when it came time to reveal who is GG.

I like the idea that GG and Georgina are teaming up.

I love that Dan rescued Blair. Really hope they don't make another go at a Dan/Serena relationship. I used to think their relationship on the show was cute b/c they (blake lively and penn badgley) were dating IRL.
